Staying Composed with Feedback

When we first launched SpeechToNote, we anticipated a deluge of user feedback — and we were prepared! Our mantra was simple: take every piece of feedback with a bucket of ice on our heads and reply with a lot of sugar in our mouths. This approach has been crucial, especially for our small team where only a couple of members interact with all users.

In the past four months, we’ve received critical feedback and, at times, faced direct and harsh comments. While such moments were tough, they also underscored the need for patience and responsiveness. Our promise was to remain respectful and attentive to every query, whether positive or negative. 

Our Community is a blessing…

To our surprise, many community members noticed our efforts. Special mentions go to David, Bukit, Joshua, Angie, Claire, Adit, Rob, Cam, Proma, Jack and others who stepped up to defend us during challenging times. Their support has been a beacon of hope and validation for our team. 

It's incredibly humbling to see how some of you understand the trials we face and extend a helping hand, not just with constructive feedback but also with heartfelt support. Your encouragement has been a crucial part of our mental and emotional journey.
