Downloading All Files at Once

We got a great question from Cassandra that we think everyone could benefit from.

Question: How do I download all my files at once as a doc or PDF?

How to Download Notes as PDFs:

  1. Open Your Note: Go to the note's page.

  2. Click the Three Dots: Find the icon right before the summary starts.

  3. Select Download: Choose the download option from the menu.

  4. Choose Print Note: In the modal, pick "Print Note".

  5. Save as PDF: A new tab will open. Select to print or save as PDF.

At the moment, you’ll need to download each note individually. We're exploring options to allow for multiple note downloads in the future, so stay tuned for updates
